Bishops Bay offers members exclusive access to Lake Mendota and option to reserve our very own boat! Choose to add a Captain to drive the boat for you. Have a day of fun on the water without the challenges of owning your own boat!

All Bishops Bay full members enjoy exclusive access through the Invited Alliance of Clubs. This is a network of hundreds of private country and city clubs. In addition, some lifestyle benefits are available worldwide when you travel. This amazing access is included with your membership! It is a great way to use your membership no matter where you are!

Winter Fun

Although summers are packed with a lot of member activities and programs, winters have heated up at Bishops Bay. Our Lakeside Golf Simulator has you swinging through the winter months. We are also the only private club in town that has an outdoor ice rink! Teen events, couples date night skates and many more events to keep your winter warm and active!

Racquets

As part of our racquet program, we feature 4 outdoor clay surface tennis courts. Our racquets team offer a variety of weekly drills, league play and private lessons. The Tennis Pro Shop will order equipment for you and also offer restringing services. Members also enjoy 4 Pickleball courts! Open play and lessons make Pickleball accessible and enjoyable for all members.

Aquatics

Enjoy our outdoor heated swimming pool that features a beach style entrance. Pool resurfacing and a complete renovation to the locker/shower rooms was completed in 2018. Enjoy resort style service right to your seat while visiting the pool! Private cabanas available . The Snackbar provides a variety of food and beverage options. Upstairs pavilion can be reserved for a private events. Swim Lessons and Swim team available for the kids!
