The condominiums of Bishops Bay epitomize stately elegance in a way rarely found outside old, established neighborhoods.
Residents of The Villages of Bishops Bay are offered a unique condominium experience. When the development is complete there will be 75 condominiums, each quite unique, both inside and out! Subtle design differences include the use of a variety of building materials, including stone, brick and cedar siding. The condominiums are duplex-oriented or free-standing. All condominiums have a two car garage and long term guests may use special long-term off-street parking.
The grounds have been beautifully landscaped and are professionally maintained by The Bruce Co. Our property manager has lived on site since 1995 and was active in both the development and construction processes. The neighborhood is a socially active one, with numerous clubs, bridge groups and events to participate in throughout the year. Since October of 2000 the resident board has been committed to the Association’s Mission Statement’ "…to provide the premier living experience, with the best quality of life and spirit of community available.” The Board also recognized the need for proper reserve planning. Monthly reserve contributions were adjusted in response to a Reserve Study conducted by nationally recognized Reserve Advisors, Inc. The study estimated the amount of annual reserve contributions necessary to meet future expenditures for major replacements and repairs of the common elements over the next 20 years.
All residential areas are served by gated, quiet, gently curving, well-maintained streets. Many residents use golf carts to visit neighbors, as well as golf. All sites are contiguous to the 18-hole championship golf course, the centerpiece of the Bishops Bay community. The condominiums are located on the 14th and 15th fairways and others are located on the ponds and waterfalls.
The Villages and the neighboring community provide an exciting, sophisticated, yet uncomplicated lifestyle for those who choose to live at Bishops Bay |
